We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue demo lessons at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Full Course Enrollment

Full course access requires separate enrollment and payment. Course enrollment terms, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to:

• Modify course content, structure, or pricing at any time
• Limit enrollment in courses
• Discontinue courses or course materials
• Change course instructors or delivery methods

3.3 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, or reproduce Content for distribution
• Share, sell, or redistribute Content to third parties
• Create derivative works based on the Content
• Use Content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from Content

5.2 User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Service ("User Content"), you retain ownership of such content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license described above and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5.3 Trademarks

"Indian VFX School" and related logos, names, and marks are trademarks of Indian VFX School. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms and Refunds

6.1 Course Fees

Full course enrollment requires payment of applicable fees. All fees are stated in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Fees are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to your purchase.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund policies for paid courses are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary by course. Please contact us directly to discuss refund requests. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods
• Excessive course completion or content access

Demo lessons are provided free of charge and are not subject to refund policies.

We do not warrant that:

• Defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INDIAN VFX SCHOOL, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to us for the course or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indian VFX School, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features, if available. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities

11.3 Effect of Termination

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
